Hello! I’m Paul Elvis Otto, a dual degree master’s student in Data Science at the Hertie School in Berlin and Public Policy at Duke University. Alongside my studies, I work as a Research Assistant in Social Data Science at the University of Marburg. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to understand and address complex social and political phenomena. Through my work, I aim to bridge the gap between technology and society, contributing to meaningful change and use data for good.
